Richard Florida: The Rise of the Creative Class

In the last post I mentioned that we are undergoing a major shift in the means of production through the Globalization. It is already creating major economic dislocations.

The old true and tried methods simply do not work and we all know that doing the same thing over and over can not produce different results. We need new strategies and new methods of training.

Richard Florida is an author of a book "The Rise of the Creative Class". It is a book that is worth reading because it looks at the things from a different perspective.
