The web pages are created by using various combination of these four element. It is fairly easy to include the first two elements on a single web page and share those web pages by placing on a web server.

Until recently tools to add the last elements on a web page were expensive to buy and they were difficult to learn. Things are improving in this respect and here is one example where it shows how easy it is to create and share dynamic presentations through web services like slideshare.
